Shell-mode commands hardcode `sh` and fail on WindowsTicket Board
Columns are stages of work; priority is the vertical order within a column. Todo is therefore the work queue, read top-down, and it holds triaged and untriaged work alike. Done shows only the head of the column — the full list has the rest. A link can narrow the board to some tickets: ?label=client=cli keeps the ones carrying that label, ?any-label= the ones carrying any of several, and a narrowed board shows the whole of Done.
